Athlete Recipe Share: Danielle

I love this recipe because I enjoy eating a variety of vegetables in all my meals.  I am a big fan of creating new recipes with healthy foods that I love to eat.
I have participated in 10 pin bowling, rhythmic gymnastics, intermediate golf, soccer, and fit for life and am hoping to participate in ten pin bowling and soccer this season.  I also participated in a regular 10 in a bowling league.  I stay healthy by going for walks outside on nice days and on the treadmill.  I also love to dance to music and exercise to videos on YouTube and to old videos from the peak Program.

Danielle’s Healthy Vegetable Pasta

  • 1/2 a package of whole wheat pasta noodles
  • 1/2 jar of tomato sauce.
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 1 cup mixed veggies
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried garlic, Italian seasoning, red onion and chilli pepper.
