Healthy Tip Tuesday

Week Five we will have Karen joining us for Healthy Tips Tuesday.
Karen Unger is a Special Olympics coach and the Event Director for motionball Marathon of Sport Edmonton. She likes staying active by going to spin classes and golfing! Her favourite sports are curling and hockey. Karen loves to drink coffee!
During Karen’s second session, she will be discussing Healthy Habits: Goals & Strategies.
