Tessa Lawlor is a Registered Provisional Psychologist in Edmonton, Alberta. As a Psychologist, she has received specialized training in Self-Compassion, Perfectionism, Emotion Regulation, Trauma Therapy, and other forms of therapy involving goal setting.
She has 8+ years of experience supporting individuals to create and obtain their goals in a variety of settings. She is passionate about helping individuals overcome barriers and realize their full potential.
