Damion is a Health Messenger and a Special Olympics Calgary athlete. He has been with Special Olympics for five years and enjoys playing floor hockey, golf, and basketball. He was part of Team Alberta basketball which won a silver medal at the summer games in Nova Scotia in 2018. He also volunteers at the Calgary Zoo and is a student at the University of Calgary.

Damion has a passion for sports and fitness. He enjoys being a health messenger because he wants to teach Special Olympic athletes about being healthy and making healthy choices. Being healthy to Damion means eating the right foods, drinking lots of water every day, exercising as much as possible every day, trying to reduce the amount of stress in your life, and getting 6-8 hours of sleep every night.
