The PEAK Program will begin on Monday, May 17th and finish on Sunday, July 11th - that’s eight weeks of fitness and fun! The goal of the program is to ensure that all athletes across the province have access to programming, no matter what their Affiliate can offer during these challenging times.  

To get started, you will need to fill out the registration formindicate your preference for fitness goals, and choose whether you want to participate as an individual or as part of a team.
