New weekly questions designed to PEAK your interest, come join us for our next session on February 17th!

Social Club will take place every Thursday from 5-6 PM MT and any SO athletes can take part by registering.

Week 2 of PEAK has our Erin returning to help us navigate nutrition and help us reach our PEAK.
Erin Smandych is a mindset coach, health educator, and private chef for high performance individuals. She is passionate about helping individuals create a strong foundation of health that makes sense for their unique needs using a blend of nutrition science and behavioural psychology.
