Cara, Hangsel and Bri are returning to lead us through some mindfulness exercises and to remind us to focus on the now as we climb out way to the PEAK

Elevate with Exercise

Our Elevate with Exercise Educator, Brittany, has spent time helping us learn different exercises and has create easy to follow videos to help us on our fitness journey.

Take another step to Reach your PEAK this week with Brittany, as she leads us through a workout that is sure to get your heart pumping.

Social Club

New day, New Social Club.
New weekly questions designed to PEAK your interest, come join us for our next session on March 3rd!

Social Club will take place every Thursday from 5-6 PM MT and any SO athletes can take part by registering.

The club is hosted by our friends from motionball and Alberta LETR

PEAK Summit Series: Bowling

The PEAK Summit Series is back starting on February 28th and will once again be a week-long Virtual Games to put your PEAK skills to the test!

Registration opens Monday February 21, so sign up and see what is in store for next week at

Let's rock and bowl as our Summit Series is comprised of three bowling challenges: 10 Pin Two Game Score, 5 Pin Two Game Score, and Hit Your Mark.

There are also two Healthy Athlete challenges for you to choose from: Breathing - Strong Minds, and the Hydration Challenge!

You can participate in one or all of the challenges, so learn more about each of them by going to the games home page.

The PEAK Summit Series will conclude on March 4th, but submissions will be accepted until March 9th. All submissions can be made on the Summit Series event page.
