Week 6 has a new PEAK coach joining us!
Delaney from Special Olympics Calgary will be leading us through another session of Elevate with Exercise.

Come meet Delaney, and join her in a tough workout as she helps prepare us for the final ascent to the  PEAK.

Social Club

New day, New Social Club.
New weekly questions designed to PEAK your interest, come join us for our next session on March 17th!

Social Club will take place every Thursday from 5-6 PM MT and any SO athletes can take part by registering.

Athlete Recipe Share

Week 6 has Jordan Macleod of Special Olympics Alberta-Calgary join us to share her favourite recipe.

Jordan participates in swimming and bowling and understands that to reach PEAK performance in her sports, she needs to fuel her body. Today she shares her Taco Salad to help other athletes find a recipe they can make, and adjust to fit their taste.

What do you say when you lose a game on St. Patrick's Day? Game clover ๐Ÿ€Special Olympics Alberta invites Special Olympics athletes from across the country to join us for our second annual Shamrock Shaker - a virtual dance on March 17, 2022, at 7 PM MST on Zoom.
