Elevate with Exercise

Week 7 has a new PEAK coach and an SOA-Calgary athlete joining us!
Max and Bill from Special Olympics Calgary will be leading us through another session of Elevate with Exercise.

Come join these two, as they help prepare us for the final ascent to the PEAK.

Social Club

New day, New Social Club.
New weekly questions designed to PEAK your interest, come join us for our next session on March 24th!

Social Club will take place every Thursday from 5-6 PM MT and any SO athletes can take part by registering.

The club is hosted by our friends from motionball and Alberta LETR

PEAK Eats: Recipe Follow Along

Week 7 has Robyn Madden leading us through one of her favourite vegetarian meals and a dessert.

You can join in Robyn and make the meal at the same time, you would just need the ingredients for the recipes which you can find here.

If you don't feel like making the recipe, you can still join the session, have fun, and ask Robyn questions about healthy eating.
