Healthy Tips Tuesday CHALLENGE

Our Healthy Tips Tuesday Challenge is here! Instead of a session tonight, I wanted to challenge you all to share your favourite healthy snack or recipe! You’ve all been doing an amazing job sharing your healthy meals and I was inspired by you all to share a favorite of mine! The best part of sharing is all the new ideas and recipes we can get from each other.Below is the recipe for the favorite healthy snack in my house these days!Apple Nachos:

  • Slice Apples (any kind of apples work, Gala are my favorite)
  • Peanut Butter (You can use nut free butter, Nutella, honey, anything you want!)
  • Toppings: You can add anything you want or like. My favorites add-on’s are: coconut, sliced almonds, cinnamon, a few chocolate chips, you can even add chopped up fruit like strawberries or blueberries!
