Elevate with Exercise
Leading week 5 of Elevate with Exercise, Coach Olea will be guiding us through a core toning workout.
Olea grew up in Trail B.C. where she was a competitive figure skater, but she also did a lot of rollerblading, mountain biking and snowboarding, and she would always go to the gym. She now lives in Lethbridge and has been coaching figure skating for 20 plus years and is also a personal trainer and fitness instructor. She teaches Zumba, Barre, HIIT and aquafit to name some classes. She loves to listen to music and dance around her house all day while doing chores and cooking. She added that is where she gets ideas for choreography and new programs for skaters.

Social Club
Social Club returned and it was a BLAST to say the least. Join us for our next session on November 2nd!
Social Club will take place every Tuesday from 5-6 PM MT and any SO athletes can take part by registering.

Athlete Recipe Share
PEAK climber Darby Taylor shared two easy-to-make recipes including nachos and a hedgehog hummus for our third Athlete Recipe Share for PEAK 4.0.
These recipes will complement our new PEAK Eats sessions and if you want to try it yourself.
