Elevate with Exercise


Leading week 7 of Elevate with Exercise, Coach Brittany will be guiding us through a upper body workout.

Brittany is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Strength & Conditioning Coach who works at Telus Health Care centre in Calgary. She has been involved with Special Olympics for six year and is currently the head coach of the advanced swim program. Some of her favourite Special Olympic memories include attending the 2018 National Summer Games and meeting new athletes and coaches! When Brittany is not coaching you can find her running or trying new recipes in the kitchen

Social Club


Social Club returned and it was a BLAST to say the least. Join us for our next session on November 16th!

Social Club will take place every Tuesday from 5-6 PM MT and any SO athletes can take part by registering.

The club is hosted by our friends from motionball and Alberta LETR
