Throughout our 8 week PEAK journey, Workout Wednesdays we will be focusing on Endurance. Endurance training is important for every athlete and is closely tied to the execution of skill and technique. Endurance training increases energy levels and improves your stamina for longer and easier performances, you may even notice improvements in your sleep and mood!

Join Jaelynn March 17th for a St. Patrick Themed Workout! Jaelynn is so excited to have fun while raising our heart rate and get a sweat on! Jaelynn is the Chair of the Special Olympics Alberta - Medicine Hat Affiliate. She also coaches multiple sports with SOA-MH which include, basketball, bocce and FUNdamentals. She can't wait to share my passion for fitness with you, so hope you are ready for a good workout!
